Meet the Founder
Chris grew up in Merseyside, England, in the heart of the nation’s football culture, where socio-economic hardship shaped his early understanding of survival, resilience and belonging.
Football remained a constant thread, forming an early belief in its power to create hope and opportunity for others, a belief later tested through first-hand exposure to natural disasters, armed conflict and deep poverty in some of the world’s toughest environments, where football consistently emerged as a universal language that restored dignity, broke barriers and created moments of joy.
From this, a conviction took shape that football could be a force for good, bringing hope and opportunity to children in crisis around the world.
That conviction became the foundation for Football for Humanity.
