Meet the Founder
Christopher Thomas grew up in Merseyside, at the heart of England’s football culture, surrounded by the game he loved while navigating the harsh realities of socio-economic struggle. The region, shaped by the impact of World War I and forged in the Blitz of World War II, was defined by grit, courage, and resilience. It was here that he developed a deep love for football and an unbreakable spirit.

Guided by the resilience of his upbringing in Merseyside, Christopher brought football and a commitment to helping others to Southeast Asia, where he survived years of personal danger yet remained steadfast in his dedication to the children he served, transforming survival into purpose.
Building on his lived experiences, he earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sports Development and a Master of Social Work with Distinction, recognised for research on sports-based social work interventions to reduce trauma among refugees.

His work has received global recognition, including international media coverage and recognition from the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations through its Sport for One Humanity initiative, which spotlighted his StopOSAEC programme to combat online sexual abuse and exploitation of children. He also received the Philippine Quill Award for Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility and Communication Management.

Today, Christopher leads a global movement that mobilises the power of football to bring hope and give children affected by conflict, disaster, and displacement a chance to reclaim their childhood.
